How To Enable Night Mode On The Latest Android Nougat OS

Night Mode is very useful as it prevent the eyes from too much rays of light coming from our respective devices. That's why some browsers has the feature to enable Night Mode.

Some have been saying that Android Nougat came with support to enable Night Mode but it is said to be hidden in the System UI Tuner and all you can do to unleash the feature is to run an ADB command. This was discovered by a man named
 Vishnu Rajeevan. Now, a Developer named Michael Evans has developed an Android app which will be used to get the Night Mode enabled if you don't want to mess around with ADB. Thanks to the developer.

The app is called
 Night Mode Enabler. It is already on Google playstore for free download. The app is very simple to use. Kindly follow my steps below to activate Night Mode on your Android device running on Nougat only.
HOW TO ACTIVATE NIGHT MODE ON ANDROID NOUGAT DEVICES

Download Night Mode Enabler for Android running on Nougat OS
Here.

After successful installation, kindly launch the app. When you launch it the first time, you might see a message telling you to enable System UI Tuner if you haven't done that already (by long-tapping the Settings gear in the notification shade). After doing that, the app only shows one button which is Enable Night Mode. Tap it and you'll be taken to System UI Tuner where the Night Mode toggle is there along with the options to change the screen's tint and brightness. You'll also get back the Quick Settings tile for Night Mode.
This app has been tested and confirmed on Nexus 5X running on Android Nougat. According to the tester;
"The tile is back and sticks after a reboot. I can tap it to enable Night Mode manually, or wait for night-time for it to switch automatically. Other users however are facing a couple of issues with the tile not showing up at all or disappearing when you quit the app."

Night Mode Enabler is a free app from Michael Evans. It doesn't need or request for root access. If you have successfully updated your Smartphone to Android Nougat,  you can give this app a try and see if it will work for you.
