Asus has updated its Zenfone lineup with the Zenfone 3 Max. The Zenfone 3 Max touts a large 4,100mAh battery pack. The Zenfone 3 Max has been launched in two variants based on its display size, one with a 5.5-inch FHD display while another with a smaller 5.2-inch (ZC520TL) display. Asus Zenfone Max 3 will be available starting from Rs 12,999 for the 5.2-inch variant and Rs 17,999 for the 5.5-inch variant(ZC553KL).
Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL comes equipped with 5.5-inch FHD display and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 430 clocked at 1.4GHz alongside 3GB RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 32GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot that can further accommodate up to 128GB of additional storage. The camera arrangements include 16-Megapixel primary sensor with PDAF, laser autofocus, and f/2.0 aperture while the secondary camera shapes up in the form of an 8-Megapixel sensor and comes with the usual bevy of beautification features.
The fingerprint sensor on the Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL sits at the rear. Furthermore, the Zenfone 3 runs on Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow and comes with Zen UI 3.0 overlay. The smartphone is also equipped with the usual array of connectivity options including dual SIM, 4G LTE VoLTE. Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and AGPS. The large battery in the Zenfone 3 Max is its USP and Asus claims that the battery will offer a staggering 38 days of standby time and 17 hours of talk time on the Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL while on the Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL the rated talktime is a tad higher at 20 hours. Also, the phone would support reverse charging thus eventually ending up as a power bank for your other devices.
The Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC520TL) offers a 5.2-inch HD display and draws its power from 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. The ZC520TL also offers 32GB of onboard strorage but supports microSD cards only up to 32GB. On the imaging front Asus Zenfone 3 ZC520TL is made up of a 13-Megapixel primary sensor and a 5-Megapixel secondary sensor

Available in Titanium Grey, Glacier Silver, and Sand Gold color variants the Asus Zenfone 3 Max comes covered in a Metal Unibody with 2.5D curved glass display. While the 5.2-inch Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL will be avialable on Wednesday the 5.5-inch Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL will only be avialable from end of November.
