Design and Display

Talking about class, the Lamborghini Alpha One simply has that written all over it. The ‘signature smartphone’ rocks a design featuring liquid metal, which is supposedly tougher than titanium. It uses Italian leather on the rear. The famous Italian brand states what it has in mind with this one is a device that is corrosion resistant. You also get a custom Italian leather case in the package.

On the front of the Lamborghini Alpha One is a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Great visuals should be expected then. There is Corning Gorilla glass on top. Let’s face it: the selling point of this phone is the quality of materials used.

Camera and Storage

You will find a 20 megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture on the rear of the Lamborghini Alpha One. This offers optical image stabilisation (OIS) and electronic image stabilisation (EIS) amongst its features. Lamborghini Alpha One also shoots 4K videos and pairs with an 8 megapixel front facing shooter.

Onboard storage is generous at 64 GB. You can expand the space by up to 128 GB using a microSD card.

Performance and OS

For some reason, Tonino Lamborghini feels quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor is the best choice for the Alpha One. That was the CPU to beat in 2016 and there are better ones now. The 64-bit chip pairs with an Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB RAM. The Lamborghini Alpha One boots Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

Other Specs and Features

The Lamborghini Alpha One packs a 3,250mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 tech. It features a fingerprint scanner for unlocking. There is a USB Type-C port amongst the connectivity options.

It has a pair of speakers on the front and boasts Dolby Atmos Digital Surround for promise of rich sound. There is dedicated DAC and AMP for Hi-Fi audio.

Pricing and Availability

Lamborghini Alpha One is available at a hefty price of $2450 (930,500 Naira). It is available in the United Kingdom and UAE.
