Microsoft Is Blowing Out Factory Certified Surface 2 Laptops At Over 50 Percent Off

Microsoft makes and sells a ton of computers. In fact, they sold $1.3 billion worth of Microsoft Surface laptops in the third quarter of 2019 alone.
