ET Deals: Pre-Order Microsoft Xbox Series X and Series S Consoles

Today you can officially pre-order Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles for the first time. These new high-powered gaming machines feature cutting-edge graphics and can rival modern gaming PCs. The more powerful of the two, the Xbox Series X, is slated to compete directly with Sony’s PlayStation 5 and retails for $499.99.

The new Xbox Series S isn’t quite as powerful as the Series X console and it doesn’t include a disc drive, meaning you will need to buy all of your games digitally. The Series S has its own advantages, however, as it’s smaller and priced significantly lower at just $299.99.

These game consoles can be pre-ordered from various retailers, but they are also selling out left and right. If you’re hoping to snag one of these new game machines, you’ll need to check back frequently in order to catch them in stock.

If you’re not looking to buy a new console, there are also several deals today on games and game store credit. Many of these are games for Microsoft’s Xbox One, but you can also pre-order the new Halo Infinite for either Xbox One or the new Xbox Series X. As for store credit, Amazon and Best Buy are selling gift Xbox Digital and Nintendo eShop Digital gift cards with a 10 percent discount, which is something we rarely see.
